What you'll learn

This foot, ankle, calves and Tibilialis session will form a fantastic foundation for all your movement activites in every day life. All function and dysfunction in the body begins with the feet. This session will correct any issues in that area. I reccommend that you complete this session 1 time per a week for optimal results. Enjoy!

Video Description

The session consists of a warm-up of spinal rotations followed by the calves and ankle series. Each set of calf and tibialis raises is followed by a mobility/stretch movement aimed at opening up the ankles. Prepare yourself for a serious burn!

Hi my name is Erros and welcome to my portal!
I'm thrilled you have taken the time to check out the classes I have to offer on the Digital Dance Academy.

As you can see I fit under the category of fitness but I like to consider what I do as under the umbrella of 'Movement'

My movement background is pretty varied. I started out as a skinny kid who put on a lot of muscle and competed as a bodybuilder for a number of years. I then moved on to competitive powerlifting and strongman in the journey of learning about physical strength. After years of heavy weight lifting i decided I wanted a more healthy and flexible body, which lead me to gymnastics training.

I recent years my practice has expanded to many other disciplines including dance, pilates, qi gong, internal martial arts and high performance athletic training. I also believe the mind is as important as the body, so internal work and meditation is a big part of what I do.

The classes I am offering in DDA will have the best elements from all the practices I have learnt from over the years. In this way I can pass on the most valuable information and training via this online format
